TRIFALA CHURNA

Introduction:

It is a combination of the three famous fruits of medicinal plants; Harro, Barro and Amala (three Myrobalans). This is a well-known & most commonly used preparation in Ayurvedic medicine since long ago to correct metabolic disorders and irregular bowel movement.

Composition: Each grams contains:

Emblica officinalis                          33.3%                  

Terminalia chebula                          33.3%   

Terminalia bellirica                         33.3%

Action: All three ingredients posses the laxative components that tone up the gastro-intestinal system and help to improve the power of digestion.

Indication: Vitiated humours, constipation, biliousness, dyspepsia and indigestion.

Dosage: 2 teaspoonful for adults. To be taken at bedtime with a glass of luke warm water.
